The chief executive officer who doubles as chairman of FHT Ventures , a property consultant and Agro-Allied firm, Prince Olubunmi Faboro, has called on the Kwara state government to partner with it’s programmes on ‘house for all’ and turn the state into an economically buoyant state through agriculture.

Faboro told correspondents during his recent visit to the state, that the acceptance of such partnership by the state government will render more support to the governor Bukola’s administration yearning to improving the state.

He said that his firm is in the state to complete arrangements for a proper commencement of the phase one of the project.

"We shall not delay to start a minimum of 500 units of houses in collaboration with the state government in order to assist provide accommodation for the people of the state at a cheap and affordable prices".

The executive chairman who said that his firm, appreciated the policy of providing a befitting accommodation at cheap and affordable price to the people of the state, said the houses will be allocated under the principles of owner occupier bases.

He explained that after the construction of the 500 units in phase one, others will also follow depending on the demand from the people of the state.

"Our firm has been partnering with other state governments in various parts of the country to provide decent accommodation to the people", he said.

He said the beneficiaries are to spread the payment for the houses for a period of 30 years on a single digit upon the payment of are initial deposit.

He assured that the company will continue to assist the people of the state and the country in general, in the provision of decent houses at affordable prices.
